This role is 70% Talent acquisition, 10% Strategy and 20% Generalist.
Own and lead end to end recruitment process for the company.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and labor laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Completing timely HR reports
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Helping out with other HR tasks and company branding as and when required
6+ years of total experience, including 2+ years as a leader/manager
People oriented and results driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HR/ recruitment systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
2+ years of working with international counterparts/clients directly
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR/ TA best practices
