Agile Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders
• Monitor project performance using metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience in IT, with significant experience in Agile project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities
• Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience in product-based or SaaS environments
• Technical background or prior development experience is an advantage
