Roles and Responsibilities:
Define Product Vision & Strategy:
• Collaborate closely with our CPO to set the initial product vision and proposals.
• Translate market needs and user pain points into clear product requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with strategy.
Lead Sales-to-Delivery Handoff:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team during the initial vision proposal phase.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery, understanding client
requirements and expectations.
• Work with the delivery team to execute the solution on time, within budget, and
exceeding client expectations.
Manage Requirements & Designs:
• Prioritize features based on business value or ROI.
• Establish tools and best practices for tracking requirements.
• Detail epics, features, stories, releases, and milestones.
• Collaborate with designers to create product designs aligned with the vision.
Monitor Feedback & Performance:
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with external partners.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user feedback sessions.
• Prioritize user experience and ensure end-to-end ownership of the product.
Drive Client Satisfaction & Partnership Growth:
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for multi-phase projects and
long-term partnerships.
• Expand our client base by leveraging successful project outcomes and building
trust.
