Position Summary:
Looking for a Senior Scrum Master with 8–10 years of IT experience, including 4–5 years in a Scrum Master role, to manage and support multiple Agile teams/pods. The role will involve facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices, removing impediments, managing dependencies and risks, and driving predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and action items.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritised backlog.
Drive sprint predictability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Sprint Goal achievement.
Coordinate across development, QA, architecture, business, and release management teams.
Support release planning, execution, and retrospective activities.
· Ability to manage multiple pods simultaneously
· Proficiency in Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Product Board
Required Skills
· Strong hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
· Experience managing one or more Agile Scrum teams.
· Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Agile reporting tools.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Experience: 8-10 years IT experience, including 4-5 years as a Scrum Master
Preferred Domain: Bond Market, Fixed Income, Capital Markets, Investment Banking & Financial Services
Mandatory Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – (anyone)
Preferred Qualifications: SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
