Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Process Lead to join our back-office operations team. In this role, you will lead a team of Data Associates responsible for collecting, validating, mapping, and maintaining retail product and pricing data that supports strategic business decisions for clients.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in data operations or back-office operations, along with strong analytical, team management, and process improvement skills. You will work closely with clients to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless execution of workflows in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Data Associate team to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily operations
  • Oversee the collection, research, and maintenance of retail product data, pricing information, and related market intelligence
  • Ensure accurate product mapping, categorization, data matching, and validation across multiple data sources
  • Conduct regular data quality checks, reconciliation, and validation activities to maintain high data integrity standards
  • Implement client-defined processes and workflows while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and SOPs
  • Monitor operational metrics, productivity, and data quality KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements, clarify product data logic, and align on process improvements
  • Analyze operational challenges, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and operational insights that support strategic business decision-making
  • Ensure smooth execution of back-office workflows while maintaining turnaround time and accuracy expectations
  • Support the team in handling complex product mapping or data validation scenarios
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance, domain understanding, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve data processing accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and operational best practices
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in back-office operations, data operations, retail/product data management, or related operational roles
  • Prior experience managing or leading teams is preferred
 
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present process data clearly
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion
