Role
The Junior AI Strategy & Programs Associate reporting to the Director of AI Strategy and Innovation who will support the execution of AI‑driven initiatives across the business by helping translate business needs into clear use cases, coordinating pilots and proof‑of‑concepts, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration between AI, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. This is an early‑career role designed for someone eager to learn how AI is applied in a real‑world, business‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification, evaluation, and documentation of AI and automation use cases across the organization
- Assist in developing business cases for AI initiatives, including problem definition, expected benefits, and success metrics
- Help coordinate AI pilots and proof‑of‑concepts by tracking timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs
- Conduct research on AI tools, platforms, and emerging trends relevant to fintech and financial services
- Prepare clear summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and cross‑functional partners
- Help track outcomes of AI initiatives and gather feedback to inform iteration and improvement
- Support documentation of processes, decisions, and learnings to build institutional knowledge around AI efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, operations, product, or a related role (internships included)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
Preferred
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation concepts through coursework or projects
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a technology‑enabled business
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, or no‑code/low‑code platforms (basic exposure only)
Experience supporting pilots, process improvement, or innovation initiatives
