Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the value derived from our document management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer success or account management, along with a good understanding of commodities trading, operations, and risk management. This role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
· Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform
· Proactively identify customer needs and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
· Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to customers, addressing queries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
· Gather customer feedback and collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure key features and improvements are prioritized
· Monitor customer engagement and ensure clients are deriving maximum value from the solutions
· Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success strategies, processes, and best practices
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
· Support global customers while working in alignment with UK business hours
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role
· Strong understanding of Commodities Trading, Operations, and Risk Management
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
· Proven ability to establish trust and act as a strategic advisor to customers
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with document management platforms or related enterprise software solutions
· Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams
