Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated People Business partner to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for Onboarding and integration of new hires. Maintaining HR system and reporting, Assist in policy and handbook creation for Pune and UK. Be the point of contact for HR questions from our APAC and EMEA employees
Work Experience : 5-7 years
Primary responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for international policy creation, maintenance and interpretation, international front-end payroll. Primary responsibilities would include:
- Onboarding and integration of new hires in Pune
- Maintaining HR systems and reporting
- Assist with policy & handbook creation for our Pune team as well as UK
- Be the point of contact for HR questions from our APAC and EMEA employees
- Complete monthly payroll for the UK
- Various administrative tasks
Good to Have Skills:
Must have international experience (UK preferred, or AUS), experience with onboarding and engagement of new employees, required payroll experience
