Position Description:
 

We are looking for an experienced one. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with HR applications such as SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems, be adept at consulting with HR management to gather requirements and have the capability to manage small projects.

 
Responsibilities:

Design and Build HR Applications:

Design and develop HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other HR applications.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices.

Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HR applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR applications and payroll systems.

Ensure data integrity and security within all HR systems.

Consultation and Requirement Gathering:

Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments to gather and analyze business requirements.

Conduct workshops and meetings with HR management to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Offer expert advice on best practices and innovative HR technology solutions.

Project Management:

Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with payroll suppliers and other external vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.

Evaluate vendor performance and manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and end-users.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR applications and processes.


Requirement:
 
• Strong technical skills in HR applications and payroll systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.

 
Qualification:
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR applications design, development, and support.

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

• Experience in project management and vendor management.
