Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java developer, passionate about building robust modern applications based on Java eco-system of frameworks and tools, event-driven microservice architecture, with best industry practices.You will be working in a team on an exciting ETRM domain that owns end-to-end delivery of the feature solution.
Responsibilities:
• The person will interact with ETRM lead/expert to understand the functional. requirements and will convert into high-quality implementation in a desired timeline.
• The person should be a good team player and willing to work closely in a feature team.
• The person should adopt clean code, SOLID and other best practices in the implementation.
• The person will write automated unit, service and integration tests for the new features
• The person should be able to develop strong grasp of the functional domain of the product and be able to take ownership of components
• The person should have growth mindset and work continuously on improving his skillset and the product
• The person should have worked with big team with onshore and offshore model
Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in implementing Java based systems.
• 3+ years of experience of RDBMS or no-SQL database like Oracle, Redshift etc.
• Experience in Spring boot, REST, JSON, POSTMAN is a must.
• Strong in programming and problem-solving skills
• Strong in SOLID and Clean code practices
• Strong in one of the messaging frameworks like Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc
•Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Willing to work in Hybrid model
• Understanding of distributed system concepts like high availability, resiliency, fault tolerance, scalability, elasticity, etc.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):
• Experience of working on container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, etc.
• Exposure of Docker and building pipelines
• Good to have knowledge of CTRM domain
