Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Developer. The successful candidate will span multiple environments, teams, technologies, and stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of both development and operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, responsive designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Implement user-centric UI/UX design principles to optimize user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative web solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to optimize website performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay current on the latest web development and design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a front-end web developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise.
• 3+ years of experience of Angular and its core principles
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• 3+ years of experience with React workflows and Lifecycle, props drilling and data sharing among React components
• Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and Less/Sass
• Experience with Kendo React library.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Figma.
• Experience with RESTful APIs concepts and its integration with React.js
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
