Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Lifecycle Management. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform along with the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Customization
• Develop,
configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Implement and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud features,
including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
• Build and maintain declarative automations using Flows, Process
Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to
ensure code quality and system stability.
System Integration & Optimization
• Integrate Revenue
Cloud with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and
middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Revenue Cloud
configurations, data integrity, and custom functionalities.
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of Salesforce
implementations.
Collaboration & Documentation
• Collaborate
with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to
gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including
configuration details, integration workflows, and solution design notes.
• Contribute to Salesforce development best practices and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong
hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing
modules.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web
Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of revenue lifecycle processes, data
models, and Revenue Cloud architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process
Builder, Approval Processes).
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms such
as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce
Certified CPQ Specialist or Billing Specialist certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of Revenue Recognition standards and related
compliance frameworks
