Role Summary:
We are looking for a NetSuite professional to manage day-to-day platform administration, provide functional support, and drive system optimization. The role involves working closely with business users, handling workflows, reporting, and ensuring efficient system usage. Experience with NetSuite customization using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow will be an added advantage.
1. Platform Administration
- Day-to-day system management and oversight
- User access, roles, and security controls
- Data integrity, uploads, and maintenance
- Reporting (saved searches, financial reports)
- System upgrades, testing, and release support
2. Functional Support & Optimization
- End-user and administrator support
- Business process improvement and documentation
- Training and onboarding
- Ongoing monitoring of system usage and workflows
3. Development & Customization
- Workflow automation (SuiteFlow)
- Enhance NetSuite functionality with scripting (SuiteScript)
- Dashboard and form customization
- Bundle installation and system enhancements
4. Ongoing Advisory and Enablement
- Periodic training sessions for users and administrators
- Guidance on new product features and system enhancements
- Support for evolving business and reporting needs
