Responsibilities:
● Candidate should have good understanding of Manual testing concepts.
● Goods understanding of Java/ Python languages.
● Work closely with the development team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed.
● Should have experience in functional testing as well DB Testing, API Testing, integration testing
● Should have experience working with tool like JIRA, postman.
● Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases
● Maintaining and adding to existing automation framework, continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features, and development of toolsets to augment QA and Development testing.
● You may occasionally have to participate in manual testing efforts in areas not yet automated.
● Good understanding with implementing automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining it.
Skillset Desired:
● Hands on experience on manual testing is must.
● Test Automation Experience (UI & API) good to have
● Good understanding of Java, oops concept.
● Working knowledge of automations tools like selenium, rest API similar.
● Following tools / expertise are expected
● Postman
● Jenkins
● SQL queries and RDBMS
Experience:
● 5 to 7 years manual + automation experience
● Good knowledge of test plan and strategies, test process and deliverables
● Candidate should be good in handling responsibilities solely.
● Proven experience in handling complete module, task, responsibilities.
● Fare Java experience with tools like Selenium Web Driver, REST Assured API, BDD
● Selenium automation framework, developing/extending automation library
● Good knowledge of Test Frameworks like JUNIT / TestNG / BDD
● Good Understanding API’s and Webservices/Microservices
● Working knowledge in CI/CD using Jenkins
● Good knowledge of Database and SQL queries.
