Position Summary:
Weʼre looking for a Node.js Developer with a passion for automation, low-code tools, and custom integrations. In this hybrid role, you'll develop custom n8n nodes, build robust n8n workflows, and contribute to frontend components where needed. You should be comfortable working with APIs, building integration logic, and structuring automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar.
This role blends hands-on coding with architectural thinking — perfect for someone who enjoys bridging systems and building tools that reduce manual work and power intelligent automation
Responsibilities:
• Develop custom n8n nodes in TypeScript/JavaScript for internal and external service integration.
• Design and maintain scalable n8n workflows for automating business logic and data flow.
• Work with APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) to integrate 3rd-party platforms and internal services.
• Build lightweight frontend components or dashboards (e.g., for workflow management or status reporting).
Requirement:
• 3+ years of experience in software development (Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience building or extending n8n workflows or custom nodes.
• Strong understanding of API design and consumption, including authentication (OAuth2, API keys).
• Solid grasp of data formats and structures (JSON, arrays, objects, etc.).
• Ability to design automation logic and think in terms of workflows or pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with other low-code/automation tools (Make, Zapier, Retool, Pipedream, etc.).
• Basic frontend experience (React, Vue, or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge of queueing systems, scheduling, or event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of error handling and resilience in automated flows.
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) or cloud functions.
